  I am 59 years old and had lower back surgery 16 months ago. I thought my exercise days were over. The staff at Results by Design prepared a detailed, personal exercise plan based on an entry level evaluation. I have been a member for just over a year and am in better shape than in the last 20 years. In fact, I don't know what is not to like: regular semi-private coaching, personalized exercise programs based on your abilities, multiple group classes that really burn the fat!, and an atmosphere of "community" between members who are all at various stages of fitness (hey, we are all in there just trying to feel better and be healthy). ...and all of this at a very affordable price. It is a unique gym.
