  I got a facial here, and didn't have a great experience. I found it very confusing that the front door of what clearly used to be a house was not the door by which you were intended to enter. I also waited (despite having a reservation) for more than 10 minutes after my reservation time, for a 30 minute facial. Fortunately my schedule was flexible enough to allow this wait. The facial itself felt good, except for two elements that stung horribly - however, when I told the esthetician, she changed products and used something more gentle. But, when I got up after the facial and looked in the mirror, I had awful red marks everywhere that she had touched - it looked like a bad sunburn all over my face and neck. I was very self conscious, and concerned that there was something wrong, but my esthetician left and didn't come back to talk to me. Fortunately, the redness went away after a couple hours, but it was concerning. Additionally, the receptionist seemed very unfriendly.
  
  All that said, the actual facial felt amazing, and my skin has never felt softer.
