  Dr. Florence is the kindest, most gentle physician I have ever had. These events are usually very stressful but his comforting manner made all the difference. And there was ABSOLUTELY no pain!

  My dentist sent me to Dr Florence after telling me that due to significant bone loss I had to have all of my upper teeth removed and a denture put in, loosing my teeth was a very emotional thing for me to wrap my head around, but I knew it had to be done and this day would come. I scheduled my consultation with Dr. Florence, his staff was very friendly so that helped upon entering as I was very nervous about this whole process. Dr. Florence spent a good deal of time with me discussing this procedure, It wasn't until speaking with him I actually felt at ease as he was very thorough about my history and what was yet to come. I have been in many Dr. offices where you feel like you are being judged and this is not one of those offices at all, they really put you at ease. A week or so later I had the procedure done, they were all great on that day as well and I was scared to death. Follow up visit a week later, I told Dr. Florence I love the look of my new teeth but hate the way it looks when I have to take them out, he even managed to make me feel better about that. He did a great job on extracting the teeth, and all was well. Thanks to Dr. Florence and his staff, this stuff is hard for a lot of people and you all made it better then I would have expected.
