I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and when I finally obtained insurance i booked this place because they were eager to get me in. My fiance was covered under my policy and when we did our first visit.. they cleaned his teeth . According to the evaluations, my teeth were in better shape than his though and i had a cavity though so they decided not to clean my teeth and advised I need to get some sort of initial cleaning and then finally they can clean my teeth . They also advised i needed to pay $200 for these procedures because of my teeth. Well I'm sorry but i couldn't afford that.. and when my policy stopped, my tooth that had a cavity broke... which caused me to search for an extraction so i can just get it pulled out considering i cannot afford to get a crown or anything else in there... When I called them it was after hours and the answering service advised that they can book me... however it would be for another test.. WHY ANOTHER EVALUATION WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE MY INFORMATION?.. so when i advised that i didn't want to do that then,. she suggested that she will place in a task request to the office and that someone will call me about extraction information. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE ... I feel they just want the money and don't really care for the patients... When i get my insurance back, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN
