  While there was no wait because there was no line and the service was quick, and the facilities were clean, I did not enjoy my visit. Not only was the customer service lacking and unfriendly, but I specifically requested a trim up on my previous nape cut and said "I want it short but I do NOT want to see any scalp"...and first thing I feel are the clippers going in an upward motion on the back of my head. I knew at that point it was too late, and the cut only seemed to get worse, with the clippers moving in all directions. The mirror was finally held up, and basically the back of my head was shaved to the scalp, with stubble of hair left on the back of my head. Exactly what I said I did NOT want.
